In the december changes series I am going total nazi with myself over not wanting to make big changes at all. As it is our to-do list in any given workday is long enough with everyone and everything needing our time and attention in middle of all this is it even possible for me to make sustained long term positive changes? Time will tell . My job is to keep introducing small things at such a slow pace and with such ease that It doesn’t even feel like something is changed. 

Currently my morning routine looks like:

  • wheatgrass juice
  • warm water glass
  • drishti eye drop
  • Jyotishmati oil in nasal passage

evening routine :

  • None

Weekend task: Head massage on sundays 

Easy peasy

Next micro change will come only in December. I will now start an evening routine as well, but as a starting point I will keep it very simple and only apply small amount of oil to navel . yes it will really be that simple , I’ll keep that bottle in my bed drawer so that I don’t have to actually go somewhere to fetch it. The idea is to just get used to having a ‘night routine’ , subsequent things can be added with time.
