My Prayer to You
At Your Feet a tiny flower I am
Waiting to hold You with my all
A moment of Your Grace I ask
To wipe an eternity of bonds
One moment of being Yours
Breaks all that can tie me down
World and worldliness both leave
This wave settles in Your Ocean now
Lifetimes have been simply spent
Living and dying in deep ignorance
This is the life most precious of all
Blessed to have witnessed Your spark
Seeking has turned into pining now
You are the purpose of life its only love
How can the pain of darkness end
Only when light decides to wipe it out
None but You My Mother can do this
To the distraught You are Supreme Bliss
Who else can take the share of poison
And gift the seekers with eternal love
If a flower at Your Feet let me stay
If a wave in Your Ocean let me play
If a word into Your prayer let me turn
Leaving all identities into You I return
