As I arose, it was 5:30 a.m. I instantly leapt out of bed and went to work on an important task following my 20 minutes of meditation. My mind was still hazy, but I was driven to finish this task within a limited timeframe. I was incredibly motivated.

It was 9:30 a.m. when I finished my technical paper, and I was very pleased with my work. But then something strange happened: the browser crashed, and my entire three hours of labour vanished in an instant.

What transpired? I was puzzled.The attempt to retrieve it failed.

“Stay calm, I told myself. Being upset does no good. So keep your cool and carry on with patience.”

I’m more relaxed now. I renegotiated my working approach to a more relaxed one. I completed the task that I had been doing in the morning in less than 80 minutes with higher content quality. I was delighted.

In this incident, I learned the following five things:

1.   Do things with patience;

2. Be mindful;

3. Do everything with ease;

4. When mistakes and strange things happen, don’t deplete your energy being upset, furious, accuse, or grumbling. Simply consider what is the best thing to do right now and take the necessary steps.

5. The most important thing is to remain calm and stable when something goes wrong.

Love and Peace,
