We all are going through phases of change.

All of us are in the process of

A grand becoming!

Let yourself flow then…be calm and steady.

We’ll reach our shore one day…

Just be patient and wise. 

Don’t get caught up

With what’s happening with you.

Whatever happens—good or bad

Look upon them with equal eye.

Greet success and failure

As passing breeze

And keep your gaze steady

Always on the inner light.

If you don’t know what to do,

      You’re a confused mess—

Stop! Look back with all your being

Until you see the light.

You just have to know:

How to look

With penetrating insight

And all your confusions will be wiped out. 

Maybe you are in the dumps right now

And not able to see any hope,

Just don’t lose your heart yet dear—

Hold on to your faith…

In time, you’ll get the support.

You can rise above…

Believe in yourself.

Even if nothing’s alright—

Always keep this in mind:

All time shall pass. Eventually,

Nothing shall stay. Except you;

The consciousness that you are—

A sheer stream of light. 

Guilt, fears, self-shame and trepidations

Of past and future

Keeps you in thrall.

Your real task is to rise above all this

And make yourself free. 

In this freedom is your liberation

The ultimate victory. 

Rise like the Phoenix then

From the ashes of your false existence!

Burn all negativities, impurities

And shine in your pristine spirit!
