Gratitude is a great attitude 💫
Gratefulness is a great feeling to be in and move in this world. When sombre moods sweep in, feelings of inadequacy and agitation begin to take hold on, developing a gratefulness towards life, could be like a Sunlight emerging from dark clouds. Yes friends!
We all are aware I guess about the significance of this Bhava of Gratitude or Kritagyta 💫💫
It’s an ego sublimer! Don’t you feel so..
Our ego conditions our mind to look things with a cognitive bias and thereby is responsible for making us unhappy… In many situations… Our general perspective for life also gets influenced and coloured by our preconceived concept for Life and how it should be rather than seeing Life with an openness every moment letting the Nature reveal itself… So in this scenario, Gratitude could be a life saver!!😉
Friends, let’s do an exercise :
* Take two minutes to express thankfulness for whatever you have in your life at present starting from a whole and healthy body……
You can use the statement like-
I am so grateful to Universe for…….
I feel blessed that I have…..
I am so fortunate to have…..
Notice how you feel?
Isn’t it wonderful, doesn’t it take to you to a high zone?
Yes, I think so.. Gratefulness shifts our frequency instantly. It arouses and kindles in us a sense of optimistic, abundance and enthusiasm…. Bringing a smile on our face 😊
So friends, let’s expand this feeling of gratitude in our hearts as much as we can….
