I offer my humble obeisance to you Gurudev. Rev. Sri. Sri. Om Swamijiđđşwishing you love, peace, joy and good healthđ
There are times that leaves no room for questions or answers, the whyâs, whoâs, doâs and donâts , ifâs or butâs and it felt this was the chosen time and day. 2022â year marked a year full of stillness and âawareness of the Selfâ.
I had just finished painting a beautiful Radha Krishna painting to send it as a gift for my daughter-in- lawâs birthday in May. It took me a while painting it even after it was given the final finishing touch, I kept it on the easel in the living area so that I could feel itâs energy for some days ( I do that with all my works). Itâs a natural walking and talking with the the strokes so to say.
The birthday gift painting of Radha and Krishna for my daughter in law.Â
It was during those couple of days time out of the blue a new helper came to my place enquiring for work. She was a frail lady in her mid sixties and I felt unsure if she could do the cleaning of the house. So out of respect I let her in so that she could brief me about her work bit.
They all call me âAnsuya Maushiâ she had a hard tone to her voice. âI have been here for years, even before the society came up! But you can call me Maushiâ. She barely gave me a chance to enquire. After hearing her out I finally managed to know that she was a masseuse by profession.
Since my granddaughter was arriving the subsequent month, so I hired her for that time.
Strangely, instead of leaving she took my permission and sat down on the floor of the living room admiring the Radha Krishna painting. Though it was quite an abstract version but she was quick enough to express her feelings.
âI just love this painting of Krishna and Radha. Could you paint Lord Krishna for me pleaseâ. I know I would not be able to pay you for it but day and night I only keep seeing him and for long I wanted His painting in my little homeâ.
Her words only  deepened.
I just smiled at her, offered her some fruits heard a bit of her Bhakti experiences and let her go.
But the internal churning had started and I put up a canvas that very day and started to paint Lord Krishna for her.
In fifteen days time I called her up and said, âAnsuya Maushi, your Lord Krishna painting is ready, so come tomorrow and dress up well, for you are going to welcome your Deva to your abodeâ.
âHau Mein aati madam, mein bahut kush hoon, aapke liye kya laon? . ( I shall surely come madam and am so happy, please tell me what can I get for you.
âMaushi kuch nahi laana bus aap apne Krishna ko lene aa jaaoâ. (you need to get anything just come and carry your Lord ) I replied softly.
Next day Maushi came all dressed up in a beautiful saree but the joy on her face that she draped was simply beyond imagination. She was so elated to receive the painting and with tears in her eyes she knelt down on the floor and went to touch my feet but as I politely stopped her from doing so she said, âI cannot leave without touching the feet of your soul that has created my Krishna for me. Nobody has ever done this for me. Please allow me to do soâ, she pleaded with her moist eyes.
She insisted I take her picture in front of the Lord Ganesha painting of my living space.
Blessing me enough she left hugging the Lord Krishna painting warmly. The day truly was special.Â

I was left with an immense graceful and grateful moment that splashed my heart with a wide smiling color.Â
The best bit , I had another surprise waiting round the corner. My dear cook Bhagyashree approached me softly whilst I was doing up writing and uttered, â Didi mein itne dino se kaam kar rahi hoon par kabhie bola nahi , kya aap mere liye Ganapthy Bapa bana deinge, mein zindagi bhar nahin bhoolongiâ. ( Madam, I have been working for such a long time in your place, would you paint Lord Ganesha for me please. I shall always cherish it).
The act of being in kind service continued, and in a monthâs time I gifted my dear cook Bhagyashree the painting of Lord Ganeshađđ

Saadhna feels reverberating in these little nudging shifts of joyous formations. For we only offer to others purely with His Grace only.
In Rev. Sri. Sri. Om Swamijiâs soothing words âŚ
Your life is a beautiful, precious gift. Open it, cherish it, use it. Whatever it is, letâs shape it into something you care about.
You are not a morsel thrown at some destiny. You are not at the mercy of your fate. Youâve as much right to life as anyone else. You can live many beautiful lives in this very lifetime. Live a new life every decade with the same childlike curiosity, ignorance, willingness and dreams you had when you were a little baby.
~
With all His Grace may I keep on walking back home with my tiny soft steps brimming with a sense of compassionate freedom leading me to only attain His Loving Form.
âOâ Lord help me to Serveđ
Wishing good health and peace to my OS family and graceful readers. Thank you for dropping by and sparing your moment in reading the post.
Jai Sri Hari đđ
