Stumbling in the darkness, desperately searching,
The flickering light of the deepam is nowhere to be found,
No one to show me the way.
Grasping and clutching at whatever comes my way,
The darkness now growing into a void.
Tears streaming,
O Devi, You are nowhere to be found,
Where is the Guru , who dispels darkness!
The mirror covered in thick layer of dust and covered in cobwebs
How do I clean it?
Where should I go?
Tumbling at every step and going round in circles.
O Lord, if not You then who will lead me out?
Tired of fighting the inner demons
O Devi, have mercy, annihilate me!
