What do you think when you pray to God

Prayer means that you are telling God what to do. You think you are God’s consultant.

Meditation means you just shut up. If you just shut up, everything which needs to happen to  you, will happen to you.

                              Should you pray to God

Touching something which is beyond the physical,  means you want to  touch a dimension which is the basis of the physical means. When you touch the dimension beyond the physical, it means that you are interested not in creation but in the source of creation. There if you go and stand in front of the Creator, at least there you should keep your ideas down, isn’t it? Isn’t he the biggest idea? Your ideas must be kept down for some time when the Creator is here.

Now you don’t go and stand in front of someone who is the basis of creation and throw your ideas at him. You are his idea. You are just a figment of his idea. If he withdraws his idea you are gone. So you don’t put forth your ideas

This is the essence of meditativeness.

Prayer means you are telling God what to do as if you are God’s consultant.

Meditation means you have understood your limitations, now just keep mum.

If you keep mum, just keep mum on all levels, everything that needs to happen to you will happen to you

All the training is just to help them to keep quiet, so that you don’t throw your silly ideas at the creator. Just keep silent.

                                   What is meditation?

Generally, we assume, at least in India, we say this when we meditate, we are referring to

Dhyana. When we say meditation, you need to understand this is not something that you can do, because you can become meditative, you can become meditation, but we can never do meditation. It’s a certain quality, if this quality of meditation has to blossom within you, if you cultivate your body, if you cultivate your mind, emotion and energy to a certain level of preparedness, meditation will blossom within you. If you do meditation, anything that you do you can’t keep it up, isn’t it so? Suppose right now you are breathing, you are doing it,  it is. happening. Your life, are you doing it or is it happening, it is happening.

                                   How to meditate?

Meditation is a phenomenal empowerment that you can do whatever is needed in the world and still remain untouched by the process of activities that we need to conduct in the world. If you sit here, your body’s here and  your mind is there. Who you are is little away this is the end of suffering and this is meditativeness.

                               “How to meditate’- for beginners

Probably, the most repeated word, oft repeated word is meditation.People who have never meditated in their lives, never even considered the possibility are now suddenly talking about meditation, the need to meditate, wanting  to meditate.

What is this dimension that we are trying to describe with this word meditation

One fundamental thing that we need to understand is you cannot do meditation because meditation is a quality, a quality is a consequence of a certain process, you can initiate a process, you can conduct a process, you cannot conduct a quality.  Quality is just a consequence.

If you’re alive there is so much to do, you even have to dodge the virus, invincible virus.

                                 Coming to positive of prayers

Prayer can be a solid source of self-soothing and self-comfort when one is experiencing pain, coping with loss, or dealing with traumatic circumstances. Prayer can also be of benefit as a form of concentrated mental motivation for achieving personal goals. Prayer can also help people focus on the well-being of others. And, of course, when one finds oneself in a hopeless or helpless situation, with no real options, no clear solution, and no actionable form of alleviation, then prayer is something to engage in to—at the very least—make one feel like one is doing at least something in the face of dire circumstances.

This is only where psychology works, it’s just soothing us from within.

                                  Conclusion

Nothing really happens when one prays, it’s just where psychology works to console an ailing person or to a person who has suffered a great loss, whether losing a loved one or a loss at work, in fact anything. But prayers can’t change our destiny.

Meditation is not an escape. It is a way of engaging your world constructively. Stress is your response to a bad situation. You may feel you can’t avoid the source of the stress, but meditation can help you see you have more choices than you think you have.

Meditation needs to be done by everyone, to maintain inner peace and tranquility.
