In our day to day life we often meet people who complain about almost everything. Starting from their maid , their neighbor, their office staff , their driver and the list can go on and on. If you think deeply about their situation I feel two things might have affected them. One is their past, it could be related to any negative experience. By being tortured mentally and might also be physically , their fear factor continue to increase and ultimately they continue to feel insecure and fearful throughout their life and it becomes a habit.And secondly some get an over thinking personality either genetically or due to their excessive trying to be perfect attitude. No matter what ultimately it is a continuous process for suffering for them.In this planet , humans are the smartest biological species and their biggest weapon is their mind which can devastate them and which can give miracles . So then my point is how to overcome these complaining attitude?I am sure, many learned people have already told the answers many a time but I just want to relocate them neatly. 

FIND YOUR Hobbies …

We are certainly moving towards a more scientific world.Science is so much ahead that may be someday scientists will show us aliens in other planet. So in this fast moving world sit calmly and catch your rhythm. Explore what appeals you?There is so much to learn. Did you want to become a hairstylist or a cook or a writer or ever wanted to learn singing and dancing but you could not. Start searching and finding. In the process you will divert yourself from daily complaining.

EXERCISE..

It is a blessing if you are already on the path and if not then start. If possible join a gym, do some yoga and add the cream and that is jumba. Jumba is a kind of dancing experience. You don’t have to be a professional dancer for that. You just have to release your body and mind to any song or music.Only 30 minutes can be a miracle. If you don’t fit into gym then start walking. Make a target and then walk. You are blessed if you have a lush garden and lawn. Try to walk bare feet.

Talk to your favorite flower and tree.Hug your tree and give them thank you for standing with you in rain, sun and cold. Say them that the way they love you silently you also love them. Finally health is our asset and we have to take care.

TRAVEL…

If you are not a traveller kind of person then I would suggest start traveling to new places. Pack your bag for 3 or 4 days and just vanish. Vanish into woods, forest ,Nature. Sit alone in front of the sea in open sky. Feel the water ,feel the air and count the infinite stars. Feel the universe and realize you are not alone. There were millions and there are millions.

BEING SPIRITUAL…

It matters the most. Are you very religious..well then it’s your own cup of tea. But spiritual is beyond religion.

Try to breathe and in each breath feel the miracle that you have come this far. If you pray your deity then call the energy and talk with Him or Her. Instead of complaining tell them all the good things. And tell them to take care of your thoughts. Do you have a real spiritual Master? Then I should say you got the jackpot. Meditate on them. If no one is there talk to the vast universe. In the night go to the open sky and spread your hands and feel the energy in your finger tips. Want to cry??then cry but don’t grumble. Just cry. Let the tears fall silently and the tears will be one with the energy.

And are you a non believer? Then I would request to meditate on the formless..

CHARITY….

Spend sometime in old age home, in orphanage and in physically and mentally handicapped people. Try to go and see an ordinary brothel. Observe the people there. See their condition. How they are surviving and crossing the moments of life?Life is not a blessing for every one. Sometimes it is more than a hell.Try to go to animal shelter. See how they cry to be free! I am sure you will stop complaining and start loving people.

ACCEPT….

Finally learn to accept things. I can tell that keeping my hand in heart that not every situation is acceptable. Where injustice is hard then fight. Fight till you die. If you can’t fight and the opposite partner of your life is a malignant narcissist then escape from them and be safe. But otherwise if life is not worse then accept .Accept people with their mistakes and know that no one is perfect. Know that it is all temporary. Know that NOW IS IMPORTANT. NO PAST AND NO FUTURE. Enjoy the small things. I hope you will overcome the complaining tendency slowly.
