Fall Seven Times, Stand Up Eight
A Poem of Determination
🍁
Don’t worry that you’ve failed.
Pause and reflect:
What went wrong?
Don’t crib and cringe, curse or blame.
Gather strength
And start walking again.
As you walk, keep this in mind:
You’ll fall many times,
Even be badly hurt.
Are you ready to face all the difficulties,
Are you strong enough?
—Ask this to yourself. Be absolutely clear.
If you don’t know why you’re walking
It’s as good as getting lost.
If your vision
Is as clear as the broad daylight
And as bright as the sun,
Half the journey you’ve already made easy,
The other half you have to just tread along.
If you fall on your way,
Simply stand up again.
That’s the secret to success, amigos!
That’s the success terrain.

Thank You.
