Hello and Welcome to another blog of mine. Apologies for a late post as mentioned in my first blog i lost my job and am still struggling to find one so that has been quite stressful for me. But thanks to the karma points i am getting some good leads lol 🙂 . In my previous post i had mentioned in detail about how people genuinely change by shedding their previous body, whatever they built it with. When the body changes, the spirit has better arsenal of utilities and a better control over the senses (mouth, brain, emotions, touch, vision) to execute the actions in this life(talking, walking, helping) which eventually leads to good karma, happy experiences and a smiling soul. You might not get 100 million dollars but in fact something more which would last generations to come and it is all thanks to YOU! A noble spirit can be found anywhere regardless of their situation, financial or societal status, race, nationality, etc. So nurture and take care of anyone and everyone, some are less enlightened than us but since WE are, we MUST understand empathize and help them; not try to condescend them and make ourselves feel superior to satisfy our ego.
I have read the Bhagavad Gita twice now, because i simply enjoy doing it in my alone time. It makes my soul smile to investing this time in reading the absolute, unadulterated, unbiased, unambiguous and simple truth. However, my only disappointment with it is it says a list of Dos and Donts for attaining various good things in this life; and how to avoid bad karma even in our sub conscious. But very little knowledge about how to set that firm base from where we can live our life freely without anxiety and overthinking our actions and words, that they might hurt others. We should be able to wake up and simply go about our day with our intuition or immediate needs to excel and survive in this life. I have seen brahmins in India who are just very stressed and sad because they have to think twice before eating or saying or doing anything, and if once they make a mistake for example they accidentally touched god’s idol with a dirty hand they would just go into deep thought of regret and anxiety like something bad would happen to them. Hence their following of good principles made them lose the essence of life unfortunately. As humans we can NEVER be perfect so trying to chase that is simply going to end up wasting our beautiful life we have and at the end we would leave this world filling unhappy, unfulfilled and unsatisfied. We should be able to see our death gracefully arriving to take us a couple days before we leave and we should consciously, gratefully and thankfully leave this body and world after our contribution to its goodness and improving people’s life experience. In order to get that strong platform, i can say this in a spoon feeding way; IMPROVE YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR STRENGTH. Simple. Now we are all educated and know how to use google, we can find the dos and dont’s of having a healthy cardiovascular system. I feel like all the good things came in my family when someone started doing physical labor or started going to the gym, and when all family members started doing it the accumulation of good karma increased exponentially, the karma created by this is eternal and priceless; so i am sure cardiovascular health has a lot to do with it. Be patient and happy that you are working towards a happier life, simple and straight forward. If you already have a healthy cardiovascular system then work on developing it and making it stronger. Simply by doing this you will see your control on your senses will be so much better that you can make a conscious decision to do something or not to do, nothing will compel you to do anything. It is only then god will reside in your heart and give the next instructions to what to do. Also strengthening the cardiovascular system will avoid unexpected mishaps around you like it is a universal magic and the logic of how that works i will explain in a later blog, if you are interested let me know in the comments :). To improve our cardiovascular health we can start running, cycling, go to the gym and there are various cardio machines, get 6-8 hrs of sleep. Eat less fat foods and reduce consumption of coffee, tea. Obviously at first this would be very difficult but once you pass that phase of uncomfortableness like after a week or two you will be so happy to see the results and changes in and around you. Just be very observant throughout this entire time and i guarantee it, you will reach a happier, confident and stronger state than you are now. Please do not make excuses here because our minds loves, loves not likes, to make excuses to get out of challenging tasks unless the universes compels us to step out of the comfort zone and then we get so angry and annoyed. So it’s better we discipline ourselves to be in charge of our own life instead of someone telling us what to do. So that was regarding how to have a strong platform and making better judgement decisions, as a result mitigating bad karma and gaining good karma and which as a result will give us good things 🙂
This blog became a little too long i did not even realize lol i just kept writing and writing, how did i get to this point in life i do not know but i am happy and blessed. Apologies for not discussing the 5th dimension in this blog but in the next one i sure will 100%, hopefully i get time between interviews and job hunting, we’ll see; tough times do not last tough people do.
