I Love You Pain

Pain reminds me that I am separated from The Mother,

Pain reminds me that I don’t belong here.

Pain reminds me that I miss my love more than ever,

Pain reminds me that I am alone here.

Pain reminds me that I have to find my way back,

Pain reminds me that it carries a mystery on its back.

Pain reminds me that it can’t be termed bad and good,

Pain reminds me that it encompasses knowledge within and beyond.

Pain reminds me that I am alive and breathing,

Pain reminds me that that there are places that require healing.

Pain reminds me of its constant companionship in regrets and fear,

Pain reminds me that it is the rhythm everyone remembers forever.

Pain reminds me that it is fair to everyone rich and poor,

Pain reminds me that it connects people at a level that happiness can never.

Happiness always flees but Pain does not,

With so many Charms, how can I not fall in love with Pain?
