Sadhana

It’s been a year since the launch of the Sadhana App. As a namesake for the word ‘Sadhana’, meaning spiritual practice, the app has brought alive Om Swamiji’s magnificent vision to integrate Sadhana into the lives of the modern population. If we had to sum up the app’s uniqueness, it would be that it meets two polar needs of today: it is both immersive and unobtrusive.

Vedas are scriptures of life that guide us through every aspect of life—physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. Vedic wisdom is eternal because the knowledge in Vedas was revealed to ancients sages and seers through intense Tapasya. Vedic rituals are connected with deities and everyday practice of rituals eventually instills the virtues of our deity in us. Hence the transformation from mantras and rituals is permanent and evokes all aspects of a righteous life in us so we can live a balanced, abundant life. It beats the misconception that to be spiritual means to shun the world around you.

Om Swamiji’s words of wisdom in both his discourses and posts have illuminated the fact that true transformation begins from wherever you are, whoever you are, at any point in time. The Sadhana App has been the enabler of this transformation for many of us—one mantra, one ritual, one Sadhana at a time. The transformation starts at the root, branching out into beautiful flowers and fruits that become available to those around us.

This is how we change our lives, without changing our lives.

Over the past year, many of you have walked on this path of inner transformation. As we complete one year of this journey, we would like to hear all those little lingering voices and questions in your head about mantra sadhana, any rituals or about the Sadhana App itself. You can share them here as comments, DM us on our Instagram handle at Sadhana.app_official or write to us at ask(at)sadhana(dot)io.

We will come back to you with responses pertaining to your specific query.
