Life-boat

There

Was a time

I had

No God

Successful I was

Still

As it seemed

Sense gratification

Fleeting moments

Seemed eternity

Eternal was She

Still

I didn’t care

Universe rules

Its own way

Taught lessons

The hard way

I then

Glimpsed the glimmering

Reflections of a Boat

Waiting for Me

All along

Empty

As I was then

Unlearned

To learn again

At last

Floating atop

Pulled by the Magnet

Om Swami

Oh! Swami!

Here I am

Coming

The Boat now

Is shining bright

In Sunset light

Next morning

I’ll be there

In this Life-Boat

You steer

I submit

Oh! Swami!

I’m coming

Please take me Home
