Mission…possible

My infinite salutations to  Master..our savior.  It’s been completion of 11 days.  And we are one step ahead by the grace of Swamiji and reached on 12th ..All this was possible because of our Enlightened Master who came to this earth to show us Light. Thank you for being there in this journey of life.  My personal experience so far is this..I always wanted to have a guru with whom I can talk. I can see Him or Her in their physical form and not just in idols and images. It took more than 20 years to manifest it. Is this Law Of Attraction?well. May be. But Universe blesses and when blesses it is eternally beautiful. 

          So in today’s yagyan sthala  Master explained an beautiful pauranic story based on today’s Viniyoga’s mentioned rishi…Rishi Vishnu. Here goes the story. We all heard but I would like to write here again.

Once upon a time Lord Narayan and Mother Laxmi were having the conversation.  Suddenly Maa told Narayan to be a seer of the mantra   because mother is inseparable from Narayan.  So in Sri sukta while singing the glories of Mother Prabhu Narayan ‘s name should also be there. But our Lord being a king quite did not get ready immediately because mantra chanting is a thing that is not His work. He rules. He is not Shiva or Brahma or for the record not any other God. But Maa was adamant.  She said…fine you make a way. Do something about it.  All right. Then I have to take birth to give jivanyas to the mantra. Fine then. As you wish. Mother replied. It would be incomplete without invoking you ,a mantra….Padmanav and Padmini we are. My root belong  to you.

      Now in planet earth , there lived a tapaswi named Kardama Kardama was the brother of Narada.  Kardam was a staunch devotee of lord Vishnu.  After his Kathore  tapasya Vishnu appeared and asked for a boon. Sage Kardama requesed Vishnu to be his son . Vishnu  blessed him that. 

    Meanwhile as time passed  sage Kardama was visited by Swayambhu Manu and his wife Satarupa and daughter Devahuti. By seeing the compassion and humility of Devahuti he decided that he should get married to Devhuti who can bear their child Vishnu.  They had nine daughters who eventually got married to Saptarishi. And after that Vishnu appeared as Kapil muni.

This is how the mantra kardamena prajabhuta mayi Shambhaba Kardama,  shriyam vasaya mai kule… mataram padmamalinim mantra invoked.  Kapil muni was also the founder of sankhya yoga.

This is how the story went away.   Such is the glory of Sri suktam.. such is the glory of Mother Divine and Narayan.  May the Universe be blessed with Mother’s grace.
