It’s heartening to see that many of you have already started with your 2023 goals, and I have too; it’s just that I know very well that I’m very late with the post, as I was busy with other commitments. This will be a to-the-point month-wise list of micro-habits that I plan to inculcate:- 

January– I will smile as often as possible. The reason is simple, smiling will release more feel-good hormones, thereby diminishing stress, and people find it heart-warming when you smile at them. A smiling person is always beautiful.

February– I will start sleeping sharp at 11 Pm at max, and will try to wake up a few hours earlier in the morning. I tend to wake up late at night and I really want to get over this bad habit.

March– I will bring down the frequency of cigarettes, and reach a point of abstention, in order to prepare for a sadhana in which I will totally refrain from such substances. I haven’t found the courage to quit it fully yet.

April– I will be doing a sadhana during this month. I will solely devote this month to Bhagavan and nothing else. And this month I will try to master my sleep cycle.
