Jai Sri Hari to my lovely os.me friends! Sending you all warm wishes in this chilly winter. Wish I could make you a cuppa hot chocolate too☕😋

It’s 9.30 in the morning as I sit on my warm bed to prepare the past week’s report. Oops no! it’s evening 9.30 already, my bad, please excuse the mess up in time detection. My brain must’ve got confused because I am feeling so energetic even after a full day of work. Poor boy! It’s getting to live in a fit body after so long – 4 years.

I could easily watch a 3 hours movie or finish a book now. But I won’t. You know why? Because I gotta getup in the morning all fresh and jump on my yoga mat.

Now without further adieu, Reporting time…🙋🏻🛎️

So, like a good girl, I sticked to my plan every single day. Like a naughty girl, I jumped a lot – atleast 30 jumping jacks daily😊 Like a tough girl💪, I did my plank daily for 90 secs.

Surya Namaskar – I can comfortably do 3 rounds now but yet to achieve a seamless flow. Wondering whether to continue with 3 next week as well or challenge myself to 4. Any suggestions please?

Then there was my 10 mins of workout during which I did whatever interested me in the moment. No fixed set of exercises. There must be an element of fun and spontaneity. Boredom in any activity is a sign of slow death.

My realisation last week

Har pal yaha jee bhar jio, Jo hai sama kal ho na ho

(Live every moment to the fullest, This kind of moment may not be there tomorrow)

And to live life to the fullest, fit raho😊

The Plan Ahead

  • 3/4 rounds(TBD) of Surya Namaskar
  • 90 secs forearm planks

Now, time to up the game🤸

Next week’s challenge – 50 jumping jacks in one go

Are you ready, pals?

Since we are stepping into a brand new year, let’s make some good use of all that Josh to take up something exciting and healthifying. I’m all set for the 30 days challenge on Yoga with Adriene

So, what are your plans? Wanna share and inspire!

As this is my last fitness post for the year, I would like to express my gratitude and love for you all. You’re my inspiration to keep going and I’m truly blessed to be receiving so much love and affection.

Wish you all a very Happy New Year ahead, may it bring good health, joy and peace to you!

Fun Fact: I did some weight training too one day last week. Climbing up 4 floors carrying 8 litres of water (that’s 8 kg dude)! Does that qualify ? 😃
