My yoga challenge so far in short and simple terms.

Day 1 – This is child’s play. I doubt if this is going to have any impact. Lemme see for another week else I will try out something else

Day 6,7 – O boy! This is so challenging…I can feel my core distinctively.

Did I forget to mention that I did Day 6 and Day 7 in one go today because I had a really hectic day yesterday with no time to spare. Plus it was a Sunday(my break day in all preceding weeks) and my mind refused to budge from the bed before 7 in the morning.

Anyways, I am happy to compensate for it today. Thank you dear mind for your heartfelt cooperation.😃

Besides the yoga challenge, I have continued with my 4 rounds of Surya Namaskars, 90 seconds planks, 50 jumping jacks and an evening walk to the river. Oops! I missed my walk last Friday in the hustle bustle of the event preparation. But I guess that’s fine considering the infinite number of steps I have trodden in the ashram over the past 3 days.

So, that’s all about me! Growing stronger, leaner and younger in body, mind and heart😊

How about you? Have you been able to keep up your resolution towards physical health? If not, get started right away. We are just one week into Jan. If you are still looking for motivation, check this out – https://wildr.com/post/ecgx 🥰

My Plan Ahead

  • Yoga challenge
  • 4 rounds of Surya Namaskar
  • 90 second planks
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • Walk to the river

I have’nt thought of any challenge for this week because I am dog-tired and just being able to keep up with the above routine is quite a challenge in itself.

However, if you have an exciting idea, please shout below. I’d be happy to jump all in😊
