My Journey to Varanasi..part 2

So it happened that after the night shoot I came to the hotel room and after freshen up I slept . Next day , I woke up at around 9am. I knew I was free for  the next two days as all my scenes were finished at the night itself. Is not it miracle for me? I felt destiny is preparing to make me see and feel the maximum in vanaras.  So after finishing my breakfast at around 10.30am in the morning I went down to the reception.  I enquired about all the things from the counter. It was best that I should take an auto and see . The manager said I will get an auto from near by chock.  So that’s  it. I took the visiting card of the hotel in case of any confusion and started my journey.  After walking for few minutes I saw an auto with its driver sitting. He was a normal, fair down to earth personality man . I went to him and asked that will you take me to some places?  First I want to go to any ghat where I can do boating. Previously  the manager told me that I can do boating in ASHI GHAT. THE WATER IS CLEAR AND THAT GHAT IS FAMOUS FOR BOATING. So I told the driver to take me there. But the driver said , mam  ashi ghat will be costly because it is season time and they will demand 4 or  5000rs each  . Why dont you come to another ghat from where we will see maximum ghat and it will be reasonable also. And there will not be any rush like ashi ghat. After discussing,  I was ready. So we were headed for TELIYANALA GHAT. The driver was obviously local . So he took all the shortcuts and we reached the ghat. The ghat was not crowded. We took a boat and started our journey. 

There was a little boy who was also driving the boat. He is Golu.  Golu   suddenly shouted.. didi.. chidion ko Dana dalenge?? Sister will you feed the birds? I was very excited.  Why not.. what you have with you?  Bhujia.. he said. Rs 10 for each small packet. I said of course… let’s  start..  So me and Golu  , my co traveller in the boat ,in river Ganga and the white beautiful siberian birds …millions of them…..it was overwhelming.  It was divine.. we were surrounded by them.to be continued….
