Have you ever contemplated on the question, What do we want out of this life and since childhood how many times it changed, these want to be? These what we really wantings, somehow turns into a wish and gets planted into the field of consciousness, waiting for their turn of turning into a reality.

This came into my mind when I saw the end of the Mahashivratri Discourse where Swami ji requested everyone to prepare a small slip of wish and put that into the box with a warning that Everyone must think mindfully what they are wishing for, As this wish could be the reason for there rebirth.

Swamiji has said that we all had wished whatever we own right now, And someone like me who has wished many of things which I no longer find useful, Is still out there swaying down to hit at a particular time or period.

This thought of countless wishes still floating dark into my consciousness increasing with the passage of time haunts me like the chains that has been transformed into a seemingly reality and ‘Me’ the character experiencing these completed wishes and remaining ones like a jailer.

We all know Swami ji started a campaign to burn all the regrets, but how to burn this wishes that had been planted by us?

How to dig out this seeds waiting to spring forth?

If Everything is the manifestation of same consciousness prevailing everything, which is the only reality, being the most fundamental raw material of reality must had some wish to expand and experience itself, experience the experiencer.

O lord! please burn all my wishes that I had, I have and will have and let only wish remain to merge into my lord.
