Ram se bada Bhagwan ka naam. This is so true that the one who recites the name of lord with full devotion is blessed with love of Bhagwan. There is a story based on this fact where to fight the Ravana. Bhagwan has to cross the vast ocean to fight Ravana and bring back his wife from Lanka. For this they have to build a bridge over the ocean so that the army can reach there to fight. As Lord Bhagwan discusses with Hanuman, he in devotion said everything will happen. When you are with us. So, they asked Bhagwan to put foundational stones in the ocean but as he drops the stone, it goes down. Everybody got aghast how can this happen. Then a wisdom came that if Bhagwan drops anything from his hand, how can that will survive. One who is dropped by God himself have no place to live.

So they decided to write the name of Lord on stones and then drop them in Ocean. To their surprise stone started floating on the ocean and there hearts were filled up with lots devotion and love. And they started writing Ram on ever stone and dropping them in ocean. Si, this is how the name proves to bigger than the lord himself. There are numerous stories emphasizing this aspect where lord name bring lot of happiness to the devotee. And God is immensely pleased by the devotion of bhakta who recites his name with love all the time.
