Saturday Learning Club

Imaginations turn into reality when you dare to change and you are skilled to do so.

 You can call this a line or just a quote. These words automatically come to my mind when I see someone making a difference. That’s a different type of emotion.  A few weeks back my boss came to us with an idea. His idea was simple and beautiful. He wanted to turn that idea into practice. So, he told us that he wanted to start a Saturday learning club. What we all had to do was to share our knowledge and skills with others.

So, there will be a class every Saturday evening from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. He said, we will start with the partners first and he will try to get all partners on the board for this. I don’t know about others but I was surprised. Like how is that even possible. How will he manage everything more important people? There are so many people. It’s a CA firm so articles come for an internship. As much I know here are above 50 articles. Numbers can be more. So, how will he manage? But to my surprise, he managed it so well. On Saturday evening, my friends/co-workers arranged all the chairs on the 2nd floor, arranged whiteboard, etc by 3:30 PM. Exactly 4:05 PM session started and truly speaking that was such a great idea. Now every Saturday evening class happens and we learn new things. It’s a CA firm most of the classes are regarding accountancy.   It’s beneficial for all of us.

 If you also want to spread a piece of knowledge at workplace then I think that’s a great idea to adopt.
