We often here this from our revered spiritual teachers. When we think deeply about this we shall realize that yes its true but there are many blocks to live it to full potential….Β
One of the major obstacles which most of us in the modern world face is Anxiety!
So in this article we shall discuss some simple tools to help us accept and deal with anxiety in a healthy way!
So friends, let me ask you…Β
When you feel anxious, how does it actually feel to you,means in your body what sensations do you feel?
So, the first step is to :
# #Observe and feel the body sensations, the feeling of discomfort when it comes to you. Pause for a moment and reflect on the physical sensations during this experiment.Β
# #Also, feel the pace of your breath. Mostly you shallΒ find that your breath has become shortened.
So, when we are able to do these two steps also we are a great way… π
Now, the crux is to move from physical towards mental so start by taking few deep breaths and you shall slowly be able to feel a little better….
The goal is to make us come out of the heaviness of the feeling, initially…Β
Latee on we can take many short and long term steps towards relieving anxious feelings… So we shall take this up in the next post..Β
