Away from all sense, I went,
But I didn’t know better at that point you see,
Carrying all my baggage,
Dreamily I went,
Evil was he, I now think
Foul was his presence,
God what a stink he raised
Heaven knows how I didn’t realise,
I blindly went along,
Just as if he was a Pied Piper
Knowing no better
Love, I called it back then
Mighty was it’s call
Never did I stop to think
Oh what destruction it would leave behind
Pity, pity, what a pity,
Quench did it my.thirst for self-destruction?
Rightly of course it did!
Silently I bore the brunt of the fire I had lit,
Time seemed to drag it’s feet,
Until one day the whole house  burnt to ashes,
Very poignantly with me in it,
What a trail of destruction it left, Yesterday is now history,             Zapped I stand looking back at all the misery.
