This is actually Swami’s recommendation that he had written in his book, “The Heart of Success”.

Eat that frog- Brian Tracy

But this 120 pages long super slim book has some amazing insights to stop procrastinating.

1. Set the table: Decide exactly what you want. Clarity is essential for stopping procrastination.

2. Apply the 80/20 rule to everything:  20% of your activities will account for 80% of your results. Always concentrate on that top 20%

3. Consider the consequences: Your most important tasks and priorities are those that can have the most serious consequences, positive or negative, on life or work. Focus on these above all else.

Practice creative procrastination: Since you can’t do everything you must learn to deliberately put off those tasks that are of low value so that you have enough time to do things that really count

5. Eat that frog: where frog represents the task you dread the most. Do the most difficult task first thing in the morning and be done with it. It will also make look the rest of your day easier.

Since the points were a little long in this one, will cover the next 5 points in the next post. Even if you just pick up one point from each of my posts, I assure you, it will help you immensely.
