The Guiding Light

I see pure bliss in front of my sight,

As if guided by a light so bright!!

A light so familiar as if there forever,

Not ready to believe that I haven’t met it ever!!

It’s an ecstatic feeling to just reconnect,

And I bow to this light with utmost respect!!

That warmth, that care,that sense of belonging

It’s something for which the spirit is longing!!

I feel so joyous as I flow through my days,

Grateful to be blessed in innumerable ways!!!  

We are guided by our inner light in so many ways most of the time but whenever we feel lost , it’s the time when we must reconnect. This reconnection with the inner light becomes blissful and easy when we find a light outside of us falling upon our inner self . Like a search light it helps us locate and re-ignite our own dimming light. We are fortunate if we find this searchlight in the form of a guru, a parent, a partner or a friend. These angels are the blessings from heaven above who enter our lives to help us discover our own hidden qualities, to polish the diamond that we truly are. But what we must not forget is that their intention and purpose is to reconnect ourselves to our own light and not try to dwell on theirs. As a shadow we might block their light but as a light we can magnify their light just like a diamond does. That’ll eventually  help us “Discover our own truth “!!!
