The lessons from a tree part-2

Only the tree rooted deep in the earth,
Rises high and expands in its girth,
The roots travel down deep and far,
Searching for water they end up developing scars,
These scars then propel it through galaxies and stars.

The sun enlightens and nourishes the tree,
It gives it a reason to be happy and free,
The rains bathe and satisfy the tree,
And help it rise high over the sea,
The wind then makes it dance in glee,
And gives it a reason to joyfully be.

The tree then grows bearing flowers and fruits,
Where it grows through water absorbed by roots,
I know not every tree bears lots of fruits,
Some are short and cute like Avenger’s Groot!!

The deeper it grows the Stabler it turns,
Then even a storm can’t patronize it to an urn!
Such is the power of roots deep rooted in earth,
Where it finds the innate source of water grounded in dirt,
Where it then realises why initially it was put through hurt,
Only to realise the purpose of its birth!!

Just as a tree which is deeply rooted is the one which grows high and touches the sky, in the same way a person who is deeply rooted in his heart finds humbleness which leads him to highest bliss and joy in life.

Just as the roots go downward in the darkness and muddiness of the earth, in the similar manner when one goes inwards in the ignorant and rigid cozy mind, one uncovers and discovers one’s own limitations, vices, rigidities, virtues, strengths and abilities. Through the power of self contemplation and power of persistence when one keeps going forward he starts questioning his own ego and false beliefs that he cultivated in his mind, this slowly unbinds him of his social conditioning.

As Swamiji once said, which meant this, “How quickly one can get out of a problem, is solely dependent on a strong spiritual foundation within”, that spiritual abundance is the journey of the roots to find ground water deep in the earth. In the same way when one goes inward, he discovers a dimension of extreme stability within and finds inner peace and joy, this joy isn’t dependent on anything external it is internal, it ain’t dependent on seasonal rains of achievements and other desire bounded happiness.

And then this particular person grows wiser and humbler, like a tree which flowers and gives fruits in the same manner. And then he offers these fruits and flowers to everyone who come in his presence, if not even that, a little amount of shade and relief is definitely offered where people who come in his presence realize and return saying, “There is still goodness in this world!”.

The fruits and flowers are a way in which he guides others, where after gaining wisdom from him, people get inspired and remember him like the fragrance of the flower or take guidance from him like eating and enjoying the fruits by applying his wisdom and then sow their own mind to walk on a journey within and search the inner oasis of water within which means the inner core of light within!!!

I missed participating today, but as much as I remember the prompt was related to this or a plant or a tree maybe, I am not very sure, I am extremely tired after a long day. I felt this piece which I wrote more than a year back might be related to it, I know it breaks all the rules of the challenge, but I just wanted to share something today, so here I am. 

I am going to write where one has to write a post with all the letters from a to z soon, just need some time and a break to get my head cleared. Will see you all soon! Thank you for reading!
