Why am I supposed to act serious,
If love flowering within,
As if seriousness is best virtue,
In institutions of,
Education, work and prayer.
The society gone dead,
As their worries many,
Although that,
There’s a millions reasons,
To let go and smile!
Why can’t I smile,
Looking at the beautiful stranger,
Why can’t I smile,
Looking at the divine creation.
We have reasons many,
To count each penny,
We have reasons many,
To not smile and be phony.
Nature’s a unreasonable creation,
And hence,
A beautiful smile,
Remains unreasonable,
For you have reasons to sorrow,
But never to smile.
