What existed shall remain to exist, even if it is hidden under the clouds of temporary despair. It shall blossom again under the shower of the Sun.

Should it not, it is as clear as the pristine water in a placid ocean that it had never existed.

What can be done then?

The best that can be done is Sadhana; Spiritual practices- Yoga/Meditation/other practices, although I learned from my Guru that everything can be Sadhana and there can be seed of Sadhana in everything we do. Naturally, the seed springs into its own form when the time is right.

As Lao Tzu said, “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.”

Whatever needs to unfold will and just when the moment is pregnant with the truth it shall express itself with the profound force of Sadhana.

The same Sadhana shall illuminate a brand new shining Sun, and a crystal-clear path.

The template of Sadhana is impervious to doubts. I find my space in Sadhana and those doubts, fears and insecurities dissipate.

In times of despair, when it’s difficult to do, may we not lose but deepen our Sadhana

Eat, drink, sleep, meditate, cook, write, play, read, walk, listen, breathe and do whatever is needed to be done considering it your Sadhana, with 100% involvement.

To reiterate- there can be seed of Sadnana in all that we do and all that we do, can be Sadhana.
