Hello everyone, I read the below points today on the topic of “visualization” and then it reminded me of a conversation Swami Ji had with one of India’s best chess players, Vidit Gujrati, where the topic of “visualization” was discussed (of course the topic and context of “visualization” were very different from what I will be talking about, but never the less, it was a great conversation or podcast to listen to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hv-J8jm3m68tch?v=Hv-J8jm3m68 ) Coming back to my blog, here are the extra points that I liked :

  1. The power of visualization is one of the greatest secrets of success.

  2. Visualization is the key to creating the life you want. If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand.

  3. Visualization is not just seeing something in your mind’s eye. It’s feeling it, touching it, and experiencing it with all your senses.

  4. Visualization is a technique that can be used to reprogram your mind and change your life. It’s a powerful tool that can help you achieve your goals and dreams.

And then I thought to myself, “Let me try this, document my journey by writing a blog, and give myself a challenge or experiment with my life.” I wanted to see what my thoughts were after six months of daily visualization. I just want to see what my mindset will be after 6 months of visualization—does it get better, or does it get worse? Of course, it can go either way (obviously, if I think negatively, that is also a manifestation, but I don’t have that much control over my mind yet). What if I visualise something and nothing of the sort happens in my life after 6 months, or I’m not even close to it? How will my brain handle that? Will that desire take over? I don’t know.

I’ll concentrate on Osho’s words daily before the start of the day and before sleep: “mila to bhi thik, nhi mila to bhi thik”. I wanted to do that for 6 months to see actual changes for the better or worse, so that is why I am writing this blog for myself, so that if I feel like I am not doing it, this blog will remind me to do that.

Of course, visualization alone cannot solve all our problems, but it can be a powerful tool to help us align with the universe’s energy and attract positive experiences and outcomes into our lives. I know actual work has to be done after visualization, and then only will it work, so I don’t know if what I’m going to do will be beneficial for me or bring positive experiences and outcomes into our lives. I know actual work has to be done after visualization, and then only it works, so I don’t know if what I’m going to do will be beneficial for me or not, as I am maybe giving energy to Raktabīja (to have one solid desire). I don’t know.

I have faith in Maa Durga, and I know whatever path I choose, she will always be there with me. This is the thing that gives me hope, so I will give my update on this topic next week.

Thank you for taking your time and reading my blog.
