I want to offer this but I don’t have it and even I can’t afford it.
Jay Sri Hari!
I always wish to offer best to ma materialistically too, but being as a student I can do only basic things for her Pujan and I am grateful to Maa for allowing me to offer her whatever I have.
Now I have privilege of being his beta, Abhishek Om. I am changing my name on os.me today.
One day I was talking to a beautiful soul, I told her that I want to do this and that for Mother but I don’t have it and I can’t afford it now, once I secure a good job I will do my best. She listened my childish talks mindfully and said, “Whatever you have to offer to Maa right now this moment, Maa wants that only, that’s why you have it. Whatever you wish to but you don’t have it means doesn’t want that from you so just enjoy whatever you have and offer it will great devotion.”
After that day whenever this mind makes such desires I tell my mind that don’t worry if Maa want me to offer or to do something for her she will make everything to happen. All I have to do is to be patient do my work and offer my karmas only.
After all I am doing my karma to offer not to suffer.
If we do karmas with intentions that it is a good Karma you will achieve something good and if you do a bad Karma you will suffer ultimately, but when we are offering karmas to Maa then we are actually making our way towards Maa, one step closer to her. This is the philosophy of a Bhakta, doing all karmas and offer in the feet of their ishta.
A toddler doesn’t know what to do with the money, same way I am your indiscipline child mother, I don’t know what is karma, what is good or bad. Whatever I am doing I give it to you, do whatever is good for me.
Trust me, mother knows best how to use something for her family and her child.
Same Krishna said in Shrimadh Bhagvat Geeta, so don’t worry, do your best and offer your best.
Jay Shri Hari!
