What is reality?

Reality is something which you have seen with your own eyes , heard with your own ears and even you can touch and feel it, well that’s what most of the people think it is.

Most of the people you see including you are either living in the past or future, yes that’s true you are either having thoughts of past or future only , reality is leaving all those thoughts and being in present , being in the moment, that’s what most of the monks try to do in their meditation, that sense of realization in the present is called reality where you don’t have any thoughts of either past or future , you are just observing the present.

Try to be in reality (actual reality) today and see how long can you stay in present . Try to meditate and just observe the thoughts of past and future , do not focus on any of them , just let them pass by and try to focus on present moment.
