Tipping points are those events or experiences which lead to irreversible changes in one’s life.
In a way, these are those experiences after which nothing remains the same.
Once you learn to balance a cycle, in that one moment everything between you and the cycle changes. In fact for a child whole world looks different once he or she learns to ride for the first time.
The tipping point is a point in time when a caterpillar breaks its cocoon to come out into the world and its metamorphosis into a beautiful butterfly is complete.
Tipping points are kind of points of no return. It is an experience after which nothing can make you go back to your previous life.
Most people desire to achieve some goal and even work towards its achievement. But for most after a short walk towards their goal, they start to doubt themselves.
They start feeling disheartened and lose confidence in their ability to achieve that goal. It is because you have not reached your tipping point, so your resolve isn’t strong enough. Thus the pull of old habits is so strong, that so you go back to your old habits and old lifestyle.
Your will to achieve new goals is overshadowed by your desires for momentary pleasures.
So if you really want any substantial improvement in your life, then find your tipping point and cross it. In other words, cross the bridge and burn it so that turning back does not remain an option.
